ASAP DP has bought stage 3

My DS 7months, was BF has been on Aptamil stage 1 since giving up BF asked DP to pick up some aptamil stage 1 milk he is on his way home need milk for bedtime and he said no stage 1 but he got stage 3 had a look at website says its ok for babies from 6 months still a bit unsure what do you reckon is it ok to jump to stage 3 for tonight will go to Waitrose tom and get proper stuff.

Should be ok - it's casein based formula (unlike stage 1 which is whey based) and it has extra iron in it. Might make baby a bit constipated at first. A baby of seven months should be able to cope ok if you have not had probs before.
