Diarrhoea after every feed

My two week old is experiencing lots of wind, huge farts and quite explosive nappies after pretty much every feed. She is currently on Aptamil. This seems to have gotten worse as her feeds have got bigger. Is this a sign she could be intolerant to this particular brand or formula in general?

What do I do next?

It sounds quite normal to me. A baby diet is liquid so what comes out will be liquid too. Both mine had lots of wind and explosive nappies.
Is she is pain? Vomiting after a feed ( not just a bit of spit up)
You could always take a pic and show the health visitor?

No she isn't vomiting but she does cry a lot and sometimes brings her knees up as if in pain. I'm not sure if it's just colic/wind or something else. She grunts, cries, is generally unsettled and then releases the biggest trumps and diarrhoea. Then she seems ok again. I have read a few things about Aptamil and allergies so I guess I'm just a bit worried and not sure who to ask.

It doesn't sound like diarrhoea- baby poo is always liquid, it's not meant to be formed.
Bringing knees up sounds like wind, if she's not being sick and otherwise fine she sounds like a normal newborn. Ask your HV if you're concerned.

The explosive poos don't sound right , my first born had cmpa my son who's 6 month doesn't, my daughter who had the cows milk allergy would do explosive poos , I'd try baby on Kendamil formula either cows or if your budget allows the goat formula it's gentler on their tummies and easier to digest (I've had my son on it and it's been amazing) if issues still continue to the point of where she's screaming every bottle then it's likely cmpa ,

It does sound like she is in discomfort and whilst baby poop is runny it shouldnt be explosive. Pulling legs up and crying is pain in the abdomen so you may want to speak to the midwife and see if she suggests changing the milk and see if it makes a difference.

It's more the wind that is explosive. Her farts sound like DH's 🙈
She does poop frequently too but I wouldn't be concerned about that as much if it weren't for the wind and the unsettled behaviour. I will speak to the midwife and see what they advise.
