Breastfeeding at 8.5 months

Hi all

I BF my first until he was 15 months and he was a boob monster until he was around 11 months when he started to reduce his daytime feeds. My second is now 8.5 months and is seeming less and less bothered about her mid-morning and mid-afternoon feeds. She’ll take them but literally only for a few mins and then she’s keen to crawl off somewhere. We’re at the stage of only being able to feed in a quiet room with no distractions otherwise she’d never feed!

She’s on 3 good meals a day and feeds:
First thing
After 1st nap
After 2nd nap
Before bed
Once a night

Anyone else’s seem to be less bothered at this age and do you just follow their lead and maybe drop the mid-afternoon one as it’s usually only 1.5 hours until dinner?
