Weaning baby with CMPA

Hi
I’m currently weaning my 6 month old son, I was told to start him on vegetables, introducing singly every 3 days. We have currently done broccoli, carrot, parsnips, cabbage, peas, how many more until I can move onto fruits?

Also I’m just so unsure how much to feed him and when he should be eating vegetables, carbs and meat daily? And when should be be on 3 meals a day?

Thank you

At 6 months I would introduce foods much faster than 1 every 3 days. And I'd give some as finger foods too.

@dementedpixie the Paediatrician told me I had to introduce 1 every 3 days because he has a cows milk allergy

Your paediatrician or GP should be able to put you in touch with a paediatric dietitian if you need help, maybe ask for a referral, even just for a telephone appointment to discuss your questions. Feeding and weaning children with allergies can be a really anxious time, so I'm sure they'd be happy to help.
