10mo doesn't want milk

My little boy is almost 10 months and he has been off his formula for a few weeks now.. I think illness/teething could've been the original cause of this a few weeks ago.

I have been feeding him in his sleep 3x a day since then but more recently starting to move towards a cup when he's awake for more independence.. however if I just leave him to it with his cup he'll have nowhere near the recommended amount. I tried cows milk in the cup today and he maybe had slightly more but still not that interested.

He has 3 meals a day plus 1 or 2 snacks and has a very balanced diet, also I give him multivitamin drops every day .. do I need to worry too much? I'm giving him dairy in most of his meals to kind of make up for the lack of formula but I feel there's not much else I can do.. I don't want to dream feed him any more as I'd rather it be up to him how much he drinks if he needs it. I have a lot of anxiety about this and wonder whether I'm worrying too much about it! I know it's recommended he still has 16-20oz a day but what can I do if he point blank refuses it? Usually he has less than 10oz a day. Sad

Neither of mine had milk in the day beyond 10 months old. They had a bottle upon waking, another before bed, together it wouldn’t have been more than 12oz on a good day. The paediatrician I saw with DC1 (not in the U.K. so standard to see one) said that was absolutely fine, advised vitamin drops as you’re already doing, and plenty of dairy in their diet which you’re also already doing. DC1 is now a healthy 4YO so I had no concerns at all when DC2 did the same.
