Baby being fussy with bottle only taking whilst on back most of the time.

My son now 5 months has recently started playing up when it comes to his bottles, he had always been okay to an extent with his feeds considering the uphill battles me and my partner have had with reflux, tounge tie, one month premature etc etc but the past couple of days he has been having 1-2 oz's then squirming refusing to take the bottle. We have tried new teats almost every bottle brand there is but he just won't seem to take it but recently I've discovered he will only really take it when on his back.

Just wanted to know if anyone else's babies suffer from this? Is it something to worry about? Are there risks evolved? So many questions we are first time parents so this is quite a scary experience as you could imagine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are at our wits end :(
