I really don't want to stay on the depo as it makes me gain weight like crazy and no matter how much I exercise and eat well it doesn't shift at all, which is why I stopped having it before I got pregnant with my son.
Has anybody else used the contraceptive patch and still successfully breast fed? Or has this caused anybody any supply issues? I just feel so stuck because the patch is the only contraceptive that has ever truly agreed with me, and I have tried everything but the IUD!
