Short term supplementing BF with formula

Hi,
My little one is 6 weeks old now and we've worked through most of our BF issues and she's doing really well now, which is a huge relief.
However, I've been in bed with a trapped nerve for 5 days and due to the pain have had no appetite at all. I have barely eaten for 4 of the days but have kept my fluid intake up. I've been making more of an effort to eat today as my milk supply appears to be reducing 😢. Normally I spray like a fountain if little one sleeps a few minutes more than usual and my boobs become really engorged. This hasn't happened for a couple of days which is concerning me.

I'll get to my question now. Will offering her formula as a top up disrupt my milk even further? She seems her usual self but she is falling asleep while latched which is something she has only ever done when she wasn't getting enough milk.

Just add this will be the first time she's had a bottle or formula. Is she likely to struggle like the HV said?

Thanks for reading and for any advice you can offer.
