I have been mixed feeding my daughter (5 month old) since her 3rd week because I experienced supply issues. She took to the bottle fine until she was 3 months old. Then started the problems. She developed bottle aversion. I somehow managed another month by cajoling her, singing to her, rocking her while feeding etc. But as she grows older, her resistance is only growing stronger. It came to the point where she would accept the bottle only when she is about to fall asleep. For the past couple of days, even that isn't working. She flaps the bottle away with her hands or pushes it out with her tongue or spits the milk without drinking it.
She drinks approximately 300-400ml of formula everyday. Her weight is growing fine. But I am concerned her weight will decline if her bottle aversion continues.
Please help!
