Sudden intense trapped wind with 10 week old

I have a 10 week old baby who has always feed reasonably well. She never really spewed or had wind issues as we winded well and used infacol. Since Saturday she has been incredibly unsettled and screaming with wind after bottles despite being thoroughly winded. The only thing I have changed is to increase bottles to 8oz as she was draining 2 7oz bottles a day. She squeals during feeding if we break to wind. My husband suggested that the prep machine is creating more foam which may be impacting things but I don't understand this sudden onset. Its like a switch has been flipped. Can anyone advise what I may be doing wrong?

Can you try feeding slower? Look up paced bottle feeding. I don't think an extra ounce would be likely to cause the problem but they do say wind is caused by fast drinking. Have you changed teat size at all?

Yes I went from size 1 Mam to size 2 about 2 weeks ago as she seemed to be sucking quite hard. I didn't think that was the issue as I switched 2 weeks ago and she was fine til 2 days ago but maybe worth reconsidering
