Mixed fed 4 week old - no poo today

Hoping someone can reassure me. I have a DD who is 4 weeks and 2 days old. She's predominantly breastfed but have been topping up since she was four days' old as she lost 12% of her birth weight and took nearly three weeks to regain her birth weight, though she's since gained another pound and is now tracking the 75th centile. She's having around 200 ml of formula over a 24 hour period, alongside regular breastfeeds.

Until Wednesday this week she was pooing with every feed - around 10 times a day. Yesterday she had three big poos (last night's was the most I've ever seen) and since then, nothing.

She is still feeding fine. She's farting. However, is it normal for her pooing to tail off so suddenly at this age? I can't find anything on Google for a mixed fed baby. I think her intake of breast milk has increased the last few days as my supply seems to have improved.

Any advice most welcome!

My mixed fed baby (80%-90% BM and now 11 weeks old) did the same thing around the same age (little younger). My final midwife check was around that time (I was under 28 day care) and she said as long as baby was otherwise well it was fine as did my lactation consultant.

I was paranoid that it was because she wasn't eating enough but weight gain and nappies were normal.

Since then she will sometimes go 48 hours without a poo but usually does 1-2 a day. She's still gaining fine and is otherwise healthy.

Thank you @sheusesmagazines! She's got lots of wind this evening so hoping a poo will be forthcoming soon!
