Parecetamol is ok while bfing, right?

I've got flu. Oh joy. I must have caught it from one of the million relatives we saw last week. DS is 4 1/2 weeks, exclusively bf. I can take paracetemol, right? Sorry, sure this is stupid question, but i'm a baby / bfing novice!
