6.5 month old and fast flow teat

Hello everyone

So my 6.5 month old has for a while been on Dr Brown's size 2 teats which are medium flow and are recommended for 3+ months. For a few weeks he started to take ages to finish his bottle, would fuss and generally get bored. We switched him to the size 3's fast flow teats a week ago and he took to them brilliantly. Didn't choke or splutter and barely any dribbles. The issue I have is that he can drink a 7oz in 5 mins which I worry is too fast for him and recently he has started to vomit up a few feeds but he has a cough and cold at the same time so not sure if that has something to do with the vomiting.

Any thoughts? Should we go back to the 2s?

Many thanks

Does he vomit up the whole feed or just a small amount?

I would give it a few more days before switching back. See how he goes

Thanks for your reply! Yeah pretty much most of the feed. It's a lot! He had been on them for a good week with no vomit at the start so not sure if his cold is causing this or the teats. But will carry on for a few days to see
