Older baby lactose intolerant? Waking screaming

Hi!
DS is formula fed. He's now eleven months old.
He slept well, through, from three months to six. At six months we went onto the kendamil follow on formula, and now he wakes every night, twice/three times, a few hours after a bottle, screaming blue murder. Its very distressing.
Has this happened to anyone? Might it be lactose intolerance? What should we do? Does a lactose free follow on milk exist?
Thank you!

It’s very unlikely they are lactose intolerant. They may have cmpa or other allergy. Are they anyone symptoms? BTW follow on milks are not recommended because they are much harder to digest. Maybe go back to first stage milk first.

Ah I didn't know that. Would first milk have enough in it for him at this age? Thanks for your tips. What should I do if it is CMPA? And he's one soon, do we stop using formula then? Sorry for the questions, very sleep deprived!
