Help! Is this thrush?

Hi all, my baby is now 17 weeks and we have had a pretty smooth BF journey.
Today I have found that suddenly it is incredibly painful on my nipples, like a burning sensation when feeding and this pain lasts for a while afterwards. It's so painful it has reduced me to tears!
My baby has white in her mouth which I've noticed before but it looks worse now. She has been incredibly upset and grizzly today which isn't like her.
Any advice appreciated before I phone GP. Don't want to waste their time. Thank you

As I recall (BF was a while ago for me!)

• you need to treat both you and baby
• there are two medications, so if you are given one and it doesn’t work, ask for the other one
• you will need to hot wash all bras/pads/muslins to kill the thrush
• baby probiotics can help
