3mo refusing to feed - advice on other teats?

My 3mo dd is getting worse at feeding - she sucks really gently and only takes 1 or 2 ounces in about 45 mins - and that's only with persuasion! Most of the time she just sits there with the teat in her mouth. We're not overfeeding her - she's had 13oz so far today (by 8pm) and she's 12lb 5oz in weight so it's not as though she's not hungry.

Somebody suggested the teat might be too narrow - that's the actual size of the teat, not the flow rate. That sort of makes sense as she prefers sucking her dummy to her thumb - she acts as though her thumb isn't big enough. At the moment we're using medium-flow Tommy Tippee. Are Nuk teats larger and dummy shaped? If so, where can we get them? Any other suggestions?

I had a quick look and the NUK teats and they do seem to be more dummy shaped than regular ones so this might help. The only other thing I could think of is switching formula and see if that helps.
