How long does thrush take to clear up?

I've posted about this before but didn't get a response probably because of the bland title.

dd was diagnosed with nappy thrush and oral thrush a week ago, we're using daktarin and daktacort respectively. Does anyone know how long it takes to clear up? her bottom still looks really bad after a week.

other way round, daktarin for mouth and daktacort for bottom.

No idea - sorry - but I'd like to find out hence why I'm bumping this.

I'd go back to the GP. DDs bum looked better after 48 hours with canestan cream.

She's got another horrid raw patch in the last 48 hours, though, so we may have to go back on the cream....

Are you bf? ds had oral thrush as a baby and it was very difficult to prevent it being passed back and forth between us.
