Breastfeeding

Hi someone on here was asking for help to stop breastfeeding and someone had recommended a book and I thought I'd screenshot it but I can't find it.
Hopefully you read this and can recommend it again please.
Child 20 months.

Don't know of a book but if you ring one of the BFing Helplines, a BFC will help you to come up with a plan.

If you haven't done it already, some gentle night weaning is usually a good way to start.

This article from La Leche League has some tips that I found useful as well
