Nutramigen for suspected milk allergy

Been prescribed Nutramigen infant milk today for a suspected cows milk allergy. Her symptoms are

  • congested and snotty nose for weeks
  • frequent choking episodes
  • constant sneezing and hiccups
  • lots of wind down below
  • restlessness and discomfort
  • gargling and silent reflux
  • back arching
  • on and off spots/rashes on her face

She was put on infant gaviscon which slightly helped but made her really constipated.

Does it matter going onto allergy milk without an actual confirmed allergy, will that have any long lasting effects?

Did you notice an improvement on this milk?

Any side effects on this milk?

TIA♥️

There isn't a test for non-ige CMPA unfortunately, it's just a case I'd eliminating the milk and seeing if the symptoms ease.

What did you decide on the end @Nicky449?
