Hey guys so my fussy dd has always been a funny eater and I’m running out of ideas of what to feed her she doesn’t like any soft food she likes finger food she’s 2 years old. Breakfast is okay however for lunch she will only have fish fingers or hash browns with vegetables and dinner will be chicken and rice or bread and chicken/fish With salad If I give her mash she will refuse it I think because of the texture and I feel so bad for giving her the same thing over and over but if I try something new she won’t eat!! If any Anyones been in the same boat some advise please!!! Thanks in advance ❤️

I would stick to what you are feeding her but add a small amount of something new on her plate and encourage her to try it

My DD never used to like spinach but I stuck a couple of leaves on her plate every dinner time and she enjoys it now it also helped that I told her it would make her faster and stronger Wink

My DD was extremely fussy but we think it might be ASD.

We did try an awful lot of things and like the PP said, try putting a little bit of something else on her plate but don't stress if she won't eat it.

My Child Won't Eat often gets good reviews, sadly it was out of print when we were struggling.
