Formula causing black stains?!

DD is on Elecare. All bottles clean and sterilised. Suddenly her formula is making black stains on her clothes?

Not just happening with one tin.

Has this happened to anyone else???

I've just tried to look to see if I can spot an ingredient which might cause the staining but I'm finding it hard to even work out what it's made from.

Hopefully someone will be along soon

I have had a look at the ingredients- one of them is ferrous fumarate. I take tablets of that and it makes poo black - maybe it could be that dribbled out?
