Too much milk for toddler?

My 20months old son is currently having two breastfeeds a day and typically 200ml cows milk. Also has a yoghurt every day and cheese fairly regularly. I was reading on the nhs website about too much milk affecting iron absorption would you say this was too much? He sometimes isn't the best eater so wondering if reducing and ultimately stopping feeding would help. Any thoughts/experience welcome thanks.

Following as my almost 20mo is similar. She has 180-200ml in the morning and 150ml at bedtime (doesn’t always finish it). Interested to see replies!

Following as my almost 18 month old still has milk during the night, first thing in the morning, sometimes with snack and bedtime

It can affect iron absorption @becca3210. Are you thinking of carrying on with the BFing? If so, I'd drop either the yoghurt or one if the milk feeds in the day.

Thank you I am debating whether if it is necessary to remove one of the breastfeeds or stop his cow milk cup. Thinking of continuing bf until he is 2 maybe stopping one feed sooner. Have read some conflicting info so not really sure if it is too much calcium or not currently.
