dd 6 weeks has just vomited for the first time ever............

I mean proper vomit not just a small possett.

She is ff and had her morning feed at 9am. 2 hours later than normal as she didn't wake up. Had 5oz at 11pm last night, 2oz at 2am then this.

Vomited the whole lot up. Doesn't seem distressed - actually smiled and giggled after doing it. Do I refeed her cos she must be hungry? Or should I leave it a while?

I would leave it and wait until she tells you she is hungry. She may feel better for vomitting, much like we do once nausea has gone.
