When does milk dry up

DD has stopped bf, she self weaned and isn’t interested anymore. How will I know when my milk has dried up? I heard it’s uncomfortable when that happens? But I’ve felt the same so does that mean it hasn’t? How long does it take? She hasn’t really fed for a while now

I think my breasts had settled after about two weeks. That's when I bought new bras anyway

Exclusively expressed for a year. Took at least 6 months before I stopped producing milk completely.
