Hey everyone my poor little girl gets really bad trapped wind and seems to be worse at night. Ive tried infacol but didnt seem to make to much difference. Shes breast fed / bottles with expressed milk/formula in emergency! I have the anti colic bottles. Is there anything else i can try? She was up for about 4 hours last night =(

I found infacol useless. Gripe water was much better but I think it’s from 1 month plus. Tiger in the tree hold helped my DD when she had trapped wind - I’d just walk around with her in that hold bouncing her gently and it’d bring up wind. Tummy massage isn’t good as well.

Had this with my first and now my second (2 week old). Nothing really helps, they just grow out of it. Not what you want to hear but honestly I’m glad to know this time round that it’s a short lived phase where their bodies are simply developing and getting used to processing food.
