When to move to a bigger teat size

I'm currently formula feeding my baby Kendamil and use the MAM anti colic bottles. At the moment she's on a size 0 teat (she's 8 weeks old). However over the last few days, she's been fussing quite a bit when feeding, as if she can't get the milk quick enough. Are there any telltale signs that she's ready to move up to the next size?

Try the next teat size. If she starts choking on milk then you can always go back to size 0.
