mastitus help please - URGENT!

am feeling like poo and been advised to hand express milk ect. How long do i do this for? my boobs arealmost no longer hot.

I ordered a Bravado bra but it came in a G cup and it's huuuuuge. I cant even get away with wearing it as the cups are so baggy lol. I'm going to send it back and ask them to swap it for the one in the link - looks so much more comfy.

Thanx for all your help and advice last night ladies. I'm feeling much better today, although still have a slight headache but i'm sure that will go by tomorrow.
