Dr Brown Bottles

Hi,

I have 3 day old, who I had been using the starter pack formula bottles with & switched to Dr brown yesterday. She was drinking much more & quicker on the Hipp organic starter bottle & since switching to Dr brown, seems to be drinking much slower & not as much & then needing feed an hour later. I'm assuming it's to do with the teat or even the vent to prevent colic. Does anyone have any experience/advice for this? I was also thinking of using Mam bottles, so I do have some here as an option, but I don't want to keep changing them.

I found Dr Browns incredibly slow compared to other brands. You can try a faster teat or might be better off with the Mam bottles!

We used the MAM bottles with our little boy when he was a baby, after initially using tommee tippee ones and the MAM ones were brilliant. We've also used them this time round with our baby girl when she's had the odd bottle of expressed breastmilk and she's taken them no problem too. The flow with the size 0 teat seemed to be a good pace for her.

What size teat are you using now?
