Reintroducing dairy after cmpa trial

We have been doing a trial of eliminating dairy to see if dd has cmpa as she suffers with reflux. There has been no difference so pretty sure she doesnt have cmpa so am going to start back with the dairy. She is currently ebf although we are moving to formula soon. Basically my question is if people have done the elimination diet before and found it wasnt cmpa, did you gradually reintroduce dairy or is it ok to just go back to how we were prior to the trial? We are waiting for a follow up with the gp so will talk to them first but that is in a weeks time and just wondered what other people's experiences were beforehand. TIA.

I was advised by the dietitian to do the 'yoghurt' challenge. You have one yoghurt then wait 72 hours to see if baby reacts. If there is no reaction you then have a yoghurt a day for 3 days and then wait 72 hours again to see if there is a reaction.

If baby is still not reacting by this point I was told I could gradually reintroduce dairy back into my diet.

I found that my baby is ok with a small amount of dairy through my breast milk but reacts when he himself has dairy (we tried him with some formula).
