Evening. Could anyone please recommend a lactose free formula for my 2 month old ?
My local shop only sells SMA soya but I've read that soy isn't recommended before 6months
There are quite a few choices so feeling overwhelmed

SMA and Aptamil both do a lactose free formula, they are small tins. Are you sure it’s lactose free you want and not dairy free? Lactose intolerance is very rare in babies, CMPA is more common.

Kendamil do a lactose free that my DN has got on really well with (secondary lactose intolerance due to rotavirus). It’s palm oil free and full cream.

Like Vicky said, lactose intolerance is very unusual in babies, not unheard of obviously but still extremely unusual.

If it's a temporary intolerance to lactose following an illness your GP might prescribe you a lactose free formula.
