Dry nipples in pregnancy

Bit of a niche one but maybe someone has an idea!

I'm 10 weeks pregnant and have an inverted nipple (it's been checked, nothing sinister). Since my boobs have got bigger and fuller it's popped out more and more and is out most of the time now. I'm happy about this because I feel more confident about breastfeeding but it's looking a bit chafed, I think it's not used to the fresh air! I was thinking of maybe using a nipple cream to help, any suggestions?

Lansinoh. It’s the best one and you can use it if breastfeeding too.

I had something that looked similar in all 3 of my pregnancies but if I picked some of it off (yes I know tmi) it was actually dried colostrum and more would come out.

I'm 18 weeks pregnant and my nipples are so dry and itchy, I want to rip the buggers off.

I've just started used Tropic's Mama Balm and that seems to be soothing them. Been popping a bit on before bed every night.

@User0ne haha I did wonder that... I had a gentle scratch but I have really sensitive nipples (another thing that worries me about breastfeeding!) so didn't dare pick too much!

Thanks @AllTheCakes and @Harlequin1088, I'll take a look at your suggestions!

Definitely lanisoh. It's also a really good lip balm !
