When did you drop 10pm dream feed?

Hi,
Son is 4m. He sleeps 7pm-3/4am with a 10pm dream feed. Then until about 6.30am. Quite happy to keep up dream feed for as long as he needs it, but I was wondering at what age other babies have dropped this feed. How do you know your baby is ready... do you just not feed them and see what happens? 🙂
Thanks!

6 months (i dreamfed her at midnight) , her paediatrian suggested it because she was a little butterball so he said she probably doesn’t need it - low and behold she started sleeping through till 5am. Tbf by this point she was refusing milk till 9am in the morning so clearly was fine.

Thanks for replying 🙂yes I was thinking around the 6m mark might make sense, probably once he’s in his own room.

Should have said in my OP he’s ebf.

Once established on solids, but by then they were going all night after 10/11pm feed.
