Painful breastfeeding DS 11months whilst pregnant

Looking for advice on how to continue breastfeeding DS 11 months old as I'm experiencing pain everytime he feeds and it's really putting me off continuing breastfeeding him.
I'm nearly 3 months pregnant and for the last few weeks I've been experiencing pain at every feed. He still feeds every hour throughout the night and I'm struggling with this due to pain.
Hoping anyone can advise if this gets better as I really don't want to stop breast feeding him altogether.

Could you try night weaning? No wonder you're sore with hourly feeds

I'd try night weaning as well. It's not normally recommended until 12 months but I think given the pain you're in I'd try it now. This method is very gentle. Have you tried putting him in his own room as well? Some Mums find that can help reduce night feeds.
