Argh really weird blocked duct won't go

I don't really even know why I'm posting because I know all the advice... I'm in a hot Epsom salts bath right now doing a comb massage.

It's been 5 days! I can only feel the lumps when I lie back and then they are right behind my breast, tangled gnarled knots like a varicose vein.

Has anyone had one like this? I'm going mad here!

I keep getting them. Is it because I feed lying down?

Don't know much about blocked ducts unfortunately. Hopefully this will bump for you, if you'll pardon the pun Smile

Ha very good! Actually it went last night so it seems like just writing the post did the trick Grin

Good to hear 😊 I read that feeding in different positions is good for clearing a blocked duct, so I guess the same would apply to prevent them too

Using the haakaa in the shower worked for me. Immediate relief x

Ooh haakaa in shower that's a new one for me, I'll be sure to use it when I get another... probably next week. And thank you mumofboys16 yes I will definitely keep switching the position up. x

It sounds out there I know, but a friend suggested it to me and I couldn’t believe how quickly it worked something to do with the steam and the pressure at the same time. Glad it cleared, they’re horrible x
