Hello, just getting prepared due in 5 days. Changing bag doesn't come with the above so I'm going to buy a couple, how long should it keep milk warm for? anything else to look for?

It's up to you but i bought insulated bottles holders and never really used them. did use normal cool bags though and then bought a little flask to take hot water out with me to warm milk up with.

good luck

Hi - I didn't use the ones in my changing bag at all. I found it easier to take the bottle with just boiled water in to the correct level and then take the powder in a seperate container. Then all you need to do is put the powder in the bottle and shake - no need to worry about keeping it cool. I also took a flask with hot water in to warm it up once it was mixed.

the insulated holders are for keeping milk cool or water hot NOT for keeping milk warm as that would be a breeding ground for bacteria. I never used them as I used room temperature water and added powder when required.
