Anyone else EBF phantom periods? Or cycle slowly returning?!

Anyone else have this? I'm 4 months pp, had all the symptoms that my period is coming back but no sign of it yet! Read a lot about phantom periods, does anyone else have this?

I had this for about 2 or 3 months before my periods returned. It's a thing apparently.

Mine came in cycles, literally like a ghost period.
