Multi vitamin during breastfeeding

I bought myself some centrum for women then noticed on the back that it's not recommended for breastfeeding women. Can anyone here recommend one to take?

I think there are vitamins specifically for breastfeeding mums. Loads of brands do them.

👍🏻 have just ordered pregnacare ones. Don't know why I didn't think of them.
