Have been combi feeding my newborn since day 1 with on the boob and bottles. All was fine until the last two days some feeds he just gets so angry and fussy when latched on. He pulls on my nipple and cries and doesn’t drink. He then happily takes a bottle. Is this nipple confusion / bottle preference ? I always intended on combi feeding so I’m not sad about it if it is but just want to know before I move onto exclusively pumping for him rather than carrying on attempting to put him at the boob. My dd1 bf exclusively on the boob fir 15 months, dd2 for 3 months but I don’t remember much from how I switched to bottles so all feels a bit new. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

If you want to continue with BFing you could try pace feeding when he has his bottle and breast compressions when he's BFing.
