i have hardly any milk on my left breast. I express regular for Callum's topups and struggle to get 20mls from that side. I even brought a lactaline double pump to try and get that breast going. I do put callum onto that breast but due to the lack of milk there, I end up giving him the right side too, because I can't risk it with his weight problems.

I fed DS2 mainly from one side and he turned out fine. After a while I gave up on the left side altogether. The other breast seems to compensate for the one that's not being used.

I know how you feel. I had at least six months of having one huge, engorged boob and one normal-sized one. Pad out the smaller one and you'll be fine.

sparkly, I used to blame MN for lopsided boobs! I used to leave ds3 on the left breast for ages because I was typing with my right, and that breast was always more productive. Are you happy with the Lactaline btw?
