Green poo and poor weight gain

DS is three months old, and has had lengthy episodes of green poo (weeks at a time) that is mucousy and eggy smelling, I tried excluding milk, and it made no difference. I then tried excluding egg and it improved, but has since returned despite being quite sure I had no egg.
I also think his weight gain is poor. It’s hard to tell as he hasn’t bn weighed since Mw discharged, as health visitors are only doing emergency clinics, but he looks small and although is growing - from my rough weighing on scales at home is not on his centile.
I asked gp to weigh him at 8 weeks but they said they don’t do it, and she said she had no concerns at well baby check and soonest HV could do it was 4 weeks away- so it is booked in.
He is tongue tied, I spotted it on day 2, but Mw said it wasn’t affecting weight gain.🙄
I’m feeding on demand and at times he’s fussy, other times feeds well.
Any ideas? Thanks

Buy your own baby scales off Amazon if you can, about £20. Then you can monitor weight yourself.

Consider soya allergy too- v closely related to milk and egg. Also check EVERYTHING- milk and egg are in so many places you wouldn't expect.

If it's an option I would pay for the TT division. If there is genuinely low weight gain this should help.

I'd be concerned about the poo as well. It definitely sounds like an allergy. Has your GP referred you to the Allergy Clinic?

Hi, I was just wondering if you managed to find out if there was an allergy? My 17 week old son is slightly underweight and has very strong smelling eggy green poo constantly. HV doesn’t seem to think there is an allergy and when I spoke to doctor they didn’t either but I find it odd.
Thank you x
