Which all in one steamer and blender do you recommend for making puréed baby food? Thank you

A very basic stick blender is all you need, and a steamer basket for your saucepan, you can use them for all sorts of cooking as well as baby food.
For the amount of time your baby is eating pureed veg, it's not worth buying an expensive piece of equipment that you can only really use for one purpose.

These days many experts recommend baby-led weaning but even if you prefer to do purées your definitely don’t need a special piece of equipment. Things like ripe bananas and avocado can be served raw, root vegetables can be roasted, and most other veg can just be steamed until soft on the hob or in a glass microwave dish. When you first start out you can use a regular blender or stick blender to purée until smooth but before long you can just mash with a fork. Special baby food machines just take up space and will end up in the landfill along with lots of other products designed to part new parents from their money.

I steamed and blended for a couple of days with ds1 til it was clear he wanted to feed himself. Didn't bother with ds2. I sometimes just mash soft things like bananas, avocados etc and just give him other appropriate finger foods.
