11 month old feeds

Hi everyone. My DD is now 11 months old and I sometimes worry that what I feed her is either not enough or not nutritional enough. If i give you a general break down of her day-to-day, can I have either some reassurance or some advice? Also bear in mind I work 9-5 five days a week so most of the time she's eating a batch meal cooked at the weekend for her teatime.

Breakfast: yoghurt or cereals, rusk

Dinner: a picnic including small sandwich, cheese, tomato slices, banana OR scrambled eggs with peppers and mushroom

Tea: whatever I have batched cooked, usually a chicken casserole or beef stew. Some days she has a sunday dinner type meal.

Snacks: cheese and herb snack puffs or fruit

She also has three 8oz bottles in the day, although she is starting to slow down on these so I imagine she'll drop some ounces or a feed soon.

To give you some examples of what I give my ds2 who is nearly 10 months. I do either scrambled egg, toast, porridge, banana pancakes for breakfast and some banana sometimes.

Lunch tends to be hot if I do it with my three year old if I'm out abs about not so much. Usually some cooked veg, pasta or potato and some ham or something similar though this can really vary depending on what I am doing. Sometime it's something like bolognese o have batch cooked. Omelette is another quick and easy option you can ass so many different things to.

Tea tends to be more like breadstick and hummus or cheese and toast with vegi sticks then a yogurt or fruit. Sometimes do savoury pancakes.

Snacks can be Ella kitchen type snacks or savoury muffins. I tend to make batches of things like savoury pancakes or muffins abs freeze them till I need them.

What you are doing is fine this is just a few different ideas as know it's can get a bit repetitive sometimes.

Three meals a day with snacks and three bottles is fine. Mine were on 3 meals a day, snacks and two bottles at that age.

She would let you know if it wasn't enough volume wise Wink Nutrition wise it looks fine although it's always easy to spot improvements as there's no such thing as a perfect baby/toddler diet! I give mine (14 months now but she's been eating pretty much the same since around 10/11 months) fruit after every meal and I also make her veg based snacks in batches (mini carrot cakes and cheese and broccoli muffins from the what mummy makes book are good) and freeze them - this is just to get more veg into her as she doesn't eat much!!
