HELP!! I have really awful D&V (pretty sure its food poisoning) - is it safe to BF my 11 week old dd3?

Need advice from BF experts - DH and I have had torrential D&V all night, just easing a bit now and able to get to PC - think its from chicken kebab (proper chicken pieces not doner mess!)last night as DTs fine thank god and that was the only thing we had that they didn't.

Am paranoid that I may be affecting my exclusively BF dd3 who is 11 weeks, though have given her 2 small BFs since I was ill as I just couldn't get out of bed to get my tiny stash of EBM (which she is fussy about taking anyway). Am guessing she is ok as seems fine so far but wonder if I should try spooning/cup feeding in EBM for 24 hours if there is any chance she could get poorly - would even resort to formula if it was best for her

All opinions gratefully received

Carry on BF if you feel up to it
Your BM won't give it to her

ditto

bf may actually help protect her against catching it from you
