Have been lurking here and replying to a few posts but had to share....hope no one minds.

Just had a really lovely BF with DS, no fussing, screaming, crying, tears or wriggling/arching. He just went for it and afterwards looked up and smiled at me contentedly. We had a gentle play then he went to sleep in my arms.

He is 6 months and has reflux and we have had traumatic feeds over the past 2 months +. The frustration has been really getting to me.....Not sure if meds kicking in or what different- probably a one off but nearly in tears as so happy.

So pleased for you. I had a similar experience with both my babies and it is not fun. Great when it comes together though, well done!

Thanks.

He has just puked up all over the duvet but don't care this time!
