6mo refusing milk - I feel useless :(

So my 6 month old little girl is refusing milk - she's been fussy with it for weeks but today she sees the milk bottle and starts crying. She isn't really weaning yet as she's not quite ready...... I just don't know what to do. Over the last week or so I've tried to change bottles - but she didn't like that, I've gone up a teat size & she freaks because the flow is too fast. Because of this milk situation she's not sleeping or napping unless she is in the car. I'm exhausted and feeling useless she has been teething as well for weeks but I have tried everything and I mean everything (powders, gels anbesol liquid, freezing fruit, teething rings, teething toys) I'm just out of ideas. Someone please help me

You don't mention that you've tried paracetamol or ibuprofen for the teething?
Why do you think she's not ready to start wearing at 6 months?

Has she had any milk at all today?

Try it with a sippy cup or a cup with a spout?
How about trying some yoghurt or fromage fraud. At 6 months she should be able to cope with that.

Have you tried variflow teats? Easier for baby to control the flow.

Is she weeing? If she is taking at least some milk and weeing okay then I’d ride it out. I would start weaning her unless you’ve been advised not to.
