Kendamil v Aptamil

Hi ladies, I decided to switch my daughter over to Kendamil from Aptamil comfort.

On Aptamil comfort, she was on 6 scoops at 180ml, but following the guidelines for making up her bottle with Kendamil, it says 5 scoops at 150ml for her age/weight.

Has anyone else changed over or know why this is? Is it that she will be fuller on less of the Kendamil than the Aptamil?

TIA

I'd just give the same amount of the new milk as you were giving of the old milk. 1oz to each scoop of powder

Isn’t it just 1 scoop per 30ml…

Then you adjust to the amount you make?

I think they are just querying why the tubs give different amounts for the same age/weight but tbh it doesn't matter. Feed however much your baby wants 1oz/30mls to each scoop of powder

I'd just give her the amount she normally takes. The guidelines are just that, guidelines, some babies will take more, some will take less.

Sorry @dementedpixie I didn’t realise I essentially wrote the same thing as you 😂
