Can you put breast milk back into the fridge?

I’ve tried googling this and lots of different advice.

My week old is combi fed currently due to poor latching. Ive been using a haaka pump to collect some milk which we give her a bottle of when there is enough. I collect about 3 pumps into a bottle (60 - 90mls) and keep in the fridge. If she doesn’t drink it can it be re refrigerated or is it best to sling it?

Thanks in advance.

No, you have to get rid of it ones baby has had even a tiny suck in the bottle.

We were told it was fine so long as you use it within a few hours

If it’s been heated up then it can’t go back in the fridge.
BM straight from the pump is ok up to 4 hours at room temp. - that’s what I was told at hospital anyway.
A few days in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer
