Hi.

I'm day 3 pp and breastfeeding. Not had the easiest start as needed a scan and to stop BF for 18hrs and pump and dump.

Milks come in and got very engorged. Went in the bath and massaged them whilst expressing. Feel 10000x better. Was looking like it was heading towards mastitis prior to this.

Got out the bath and as soon as I did I started shaking uncontrollably and pins in needles in my hands.

It's coming and going but no temp. Only symptoms are these.

Is it a milk let down?! I thought the pins and needles were in the breast.

Will contact triage if worsens. TIA x
