Antibiotics when breastfeeding

Just wondering if anyone here has taken doxycycline when breastfeeding. Although it is not normally advised I have advice from the breastfeeding network it is ok to take in the short term (21 day course).

I am however still worried about the impact on my LO in terms of tooth discolouration, UV sensitivity and tummy problems.

Has anyone else taken it and if so how did your LO react? My DS is 21 months now but still breastfeeds a lot.

I have and I also had advice from BFN. As I remember it just made her poos a bit more runny.

I don't think sunlight sensitivity is much of an issue right now if you're in the UK
