Leaving 4 month old breastfed baby

Help! I need to leave my baby for a day in September. She'll be 4 months. I'll be out from 8-4 but could feed at 12 if needed.
We've been trying her with a bottle every day since 5 weeks but she'll only take 2oz and has the breast afterwards. What can I do to get her to take it better? If she won't take it will she be OK if fed before after and at lunch? Has anyone else had to do this and how did it go?
She currently goes 8 hours at night and usually every 2 hours in the day.

My son was in hospital for a few weeks when breastfed baby was 2 months old

It was during first lockdown so for me to be with my son I couldn’t bring baby in with me and I would have to leave her with grandparents for long stretches

She was a bottle refused but waited for me to return and was find to catch up when I was back
